ReplyDeleteWe are Daphne and William. We played on our waterslide and went to Splash Universe this summer. We are also going up north to our cousin's cottage. We have also been reading LOTS this summer with the Canton Library and earned our free book!!
Math and recess were our favorite things about Kindergarten.
We are excited for 1st Grade and hope to see you for "Popsicles on the Playground" on Sept 2nd.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Olivia Michalik and I will be in your first grade class. I have been busy this summer. I love to play outside in the sprinkler, slip & slide and help my mom water her plants. I also like to spend time with my Dad and my little brother Keegan while my mom is at work.
I got 2 postcards today.. I got Daphne's but we let her Mom know :)...(we live in the same subdivision) I am planning on coming to school to meet you on Sept 2. (Almost forgot-my favorite thing about last year was Mrs. Johnson-she was very nice!) See you soon.. Olivia :)
OH-My mom wants to know if you have a "parent" volunteer calendar? She works PT but likes to help in the classroom when she can. She also is friends with someone you know. (Wendy Marcero)-they used to work together..

ReplyDeleteMy name is Varsha Ganapathy and thanks for your card with a link to your blogsite. My parents think that this is a wonderful idea to keep in touch and also to teach us about the Internet. In fact, I just created a new blogsite for me as well.
I have been spending my summer with reading. I joined the reading program at the Canton Library and a few other bookstores as well. I also spend time playing with my friends and my little sister Vibha. I also did some traveling and went to the Smoky Mountains and Indianapolis. I loved it. I also love swimming in my pool everyday.
My favorite thing about Kindergarten was 'freeze-dance'. I'm excited to be your first grade student. I love first grade a lot. Can't wait to join your class.

ReplyDeleteIn first grade we go to the farm, the library, and the zoo. We also have the firefighters come to the school to show us their equipment.
Olivia would like to know if we will have music or PE our first day of school :)
