Hi, my name is Mrs. Magyar and I am going to be your first grade teacher! Welcome to our class blog. What is a blog? Well, a blog is a place where we can share what we are learning with family and friends. We will be able to put pictures on here and write about what we are learning. This will be a special place where we will show how much we have grown this year.
If you are looking at this blog because you got my email or the Puppy Postcard, please write a comment on our blog (with mom or dad's help) and tell me a little about yourself. What is your first name? What did you do this summer? What was your favorite thing about kindergarten?
Click on "comments" below and start typing, it's that easy! Also, click on the arrow below Kitty and she'll tell you a special message. You can view our class website by clicking the link to the right titled: Mrs. Magyar's Class there you will find our curriculum. I also have some of my favorite educational websites linked at the right.
Watch your mailbox for a postcard from me in August. Also, plan on coming to Popsicles at the Playground on Wednesday, September 1st from 12:00-2:00.
I can't wait to learn all about you~
Dear Mrs. Magyar,
ReplyDeleteHi. My name is Holly. I go to summer camp at the Summit. We play games, play with lanyard string, got the park, swim everyday and go on field trips every week. This week we went to the Toledo Zoo and saw zebras. I went to Myrtle Beach with my mom and dad, Mr. Mike, Ms. Natalie and Zach. I had fun and did not want to come back home. I liked learning about writing in kindergarten. I can't wait for first grade so I can get hot lunches. I like popsicles and can't wait to see you again at Popsicle Playground.
Hi Holly!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are having a busy and fun summer. I love going to the Summit too. I can't wait to hear about your trip to Myrtle Beach you will have lots to write about in your journal. I am going to Alaska on Friday, so hopefully I will have some good things to talk about too. Thank you for being the first to write on our blog! I'll see you at Popsicles at the Playground~
